State architecture can and must reflect the aspirations of a nation and contribute to the production of a unique identity immersed in the core cultural facets of the community and informed by on-going developments and changes. State architecture must also express a sense of care and approachability to the general public in whose service they exist and for whom they should provide functional efficiency, clarity of purpose and adequate symbolism of the nation.

Hence our design approach focuses on the search for enduring symbolism of the building and the creation of authentic progressive architecture that transition between tradition and modernity.
