On a plot of 7,960 sq.m in Hamala, the proposed concept design aims to develop a suitable image for the state residence coordinating between three sections: guest majlis, family villa and service quarters. They are suitably located within the plot, considering efficient land utilization in terms of accessibility, privacy, provision of parking and open spaces.
On the individual level, each of the buildings is studied in terms of elevations, views, and relations with the others. Spatially, the complex is designed with a flexible floor layout system supported by the needed service facilities. Therefore, the placement of vertical and horizontal circulation within the layout considers the functionality, practicality, and connectivity.
In addition, two main factors were carefully considered in the design: the Interior Corporate Identity and the Estidama Pearl Villa Rating system to ensure sustainable structure. The mastery and timelessness are indeed sensed in both the external and internal treatments of the residence.
