Six chalets and a clubhouse grouped around a central landscaped area and oriented to maximise sea view. A road on the outer periphery provides car access to each chalet and frees the central area for the pedestrian.
The design has to deal with a number of issues. Marine edge treatment to engulf a beach within the plot, land topography where the difference of level is 3.5 m between from the front side of plot sloping toward the sea. This has been turned to an advantage by cascading the villas for maximizing sea views.
Externally the project employs local gulf architecture of arches, recesses, gypsum pattern wooden rails and tent structure. Hospitality is flavored with tradition to provide quality with reference to local culture. The external was also complemented by dealing with the interior using the same traditional theme and creatively selecting the furniture, colours, and accessories. Outside & inside are unified in their tasteful details, proportions and aesthetic.
